RETURNS & CANCELATION
60-day returns. You have 60 days from delivery to return an eligible rug, including made-to-order rugs in the sizes listed on our site. There is no restocking fee.
Return shipping. You pay return shipping unless your rug arrived damaged, defective, wrong, or not as described.
Custom rugs. Custom-size and custom-design rugs are final sale after your written approval.
Cancellations. You can cancel any order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Custom orders can be cancelled until written approval.

Shipping, duties & taxes
After weaving, allow 2–4 business days for processing before dispatch. Delivery after dispatch: United States 3–5 business days; United Kingdom & Europe 3–7 business days; rest of the world up to 14 business days. Shipping Policy.
Free express shipping with DHL Express or FedEx, with no minimum, to every country available at checkout. Your rug ships from our studio in Morocco, delivered duty paid (DDP). Vorug covers import duties and taxes, including import VAT, for every country we ship to, including the United States. You pay no extra delivery fees or import charges when your rug arrives. See our Shipping Policy.
